She owns a successful physiotherapy, acupuncture and therapeutic massage clinic in the village of Waunfawr. If you are recovering from an injury, or accident, require help with any musculo skeletal problems, or if you are preparing for or have completed a sporting event we can help you whilst you are on holiday. Sports massage before or after a sporting event, long walk , climb or cycle ride. Relaxing anti stress massage and theraputic massages for back and neck pain.

Acupuncture, to help with stress and aid relaxation and sleep. For decreasing pain due to arthritic conditions, chronic or acute neck and back pain and to aid recovery from injuries.

Exercise and rehabilitation following injury, surgery or illness. Or if you just want help to focus on your goals, we can work on targeted exercise programs for you to take away and progress when home.

Physiotherapy. Thorough consultations and physical assessments to work out what your problems are and what we can offer to help you resolve them. We cater for all ages and conditions.

Shock wave therapy. A specialised treatment where mechanical shockwaves are applied to the tissues. It is used for hard to settle conditions such as tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis , Achilles , patella and shoulder tendinopathies and frozen shoulders.
